About Richard and about You!: Richard Archer has been practicing Magic since he was eight years old. He first caught the "Magic bug " when an Uncle pulled a playing card from behind his ear as a kid. . Richard was self-taught reading all the Magic books at the local Cape Cod libraries many times over. In High School he was mentored by local Professionals Marcus the Magican and John Coulter. He also began studying Stagecraft in the Barnstable High School Drama Department under John Sullivan. He then went on to the University of Massachussetts where he studied Theatre Arts and English and was trained in both Technical Production and Acting.
Richard has performed in Venues including the 2300 seat South Shore Music Circus and Close up for five people at Corporate venues and Private homes. Richard's diverse background will ensure a program tailored uniquely for you!
